At Royal Holiday I designed an HRM and e-learning platform deployed to 2,000 people across 4 countries in three languages, enforcing sales compliance at the system level. It won ARDA’s top honor. At EasyRentals I pioneered the AI-Director Paradigm — delivering a production-ready ISO-compliant ERP in 20 weeks using AI coding agents governed by 1,800 specification documents, where prior teams spent 2.5 years and $1.25M with nothing to show.
